The purpose of data processing is to fulfill the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer, in particular:
- liaising with regard to the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment,
- handling error reports, invoicing, customer service communications,
- compliance with legal obligations (e.g., retention of accounting documents).

3. Legal basis for data processing
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), i.e. it is necessary for the performance of a contract. In certain cases, the Service Provider may also have a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), for example to ensure system security and service quality.

- Technical data required to use the service (e.g., device ID, installation location, log data, error messages)
The Service Provider does not process image or biometric data that can be used for personal identification.

The Service Provider may transfer data only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service:

This information sheet forms an integral part of the contract between the Service Provider and the Customer. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this information sheet, in which case the Customer will be notified in writing.
